This declaration applies exclusively to the website mielenaturale.it (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All original content featured on this Site — including text, technical insights into the biochemistry of honey, photography, illustrations, and graphic design — is protected by Italian copyright law (Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941) and prevailing international copyright treaties.

The holder of the economic rights over the entire Site is Bianca Madalina Crismaru, with business registered at Località Vassano, 13 – 00060 Sant'Oreste (RM) – Italy (VAT number: 03329300606).

It is explicitly specified that copyright applies exclusively to works of human intellect, original photographs, and the graphic layout of the Site. Purely AI-generated content, in its raw and unedited form, is excluded from such legal protection.

The Owner asserts their moral rights to paternity and integrity over all original works produced, prohibiting any use that may prejudice the honour or reputation of the authors.

The Site has been developed by integrating the following technologies and resources in compliance with their respective licences:

Illustrative Imagery (AI): To enrich the visual experience of our educational articles, certain conceptual images on the Site have been created or modified with the assistance of generative artificial intelligence (via Google Gemini). These images are used purely for decorative purposes and always feature an icon in accordance with Article 50(4) of the European Union's AI Act, which clearly communicates the level of artificial intelligence intervention on the content (AI generated or AI modified). All photography relating to physical products or the agricultural estate consists of real, original, and unadulterated captures.
Technology: The Site is built using the Astro framework (distributed under the MIT Licence).

Usage of Content and Reservation of Rights

Any form of reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the content (including text, imagery, and logos) is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
